The ARSC Conference offers several opportunities for individuals and organizations to showcase products, services, and publications.

Vendors and exhibitors may purchase one or more tables to showcase their products, services, or publications and are listed in the conference program. The Vendor & Exhibit Room is a lively spot with coffee breaks, vendor exhibits, and a silent auction. It is open from Thursday morning through Saturday noon and secured at night.

Advertisers may purchase full-page or half-page advertisements for inclusion in the print and digital conference programs, or elect to insert a print advertisements in the conference bags distributed to all attendees.

Authors and publishers may place a copy of a publication and an accompanying order form on a table devoted to this purpose. ARSC Members may do the same for free of charge.
