Conference registration for exhibitors. Exhibitor fees will be invoiced separately.

ARSC's 58th Annual Conference will be held May 15-18, 2024 in St. Paul, Minnesota at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel St. Paul Downtown. Separate registration is required for the ARSC Workshop on May 15.

The conference program features an opening reception on Wednesday, May 15 at 7 PM that is included in the full conference registration rate. Please indicate your intention to attend when registering. You may purchase a guest ticket for the opening reception when registering.

Conference sessions are scheduled Thursday, May 16 through Saturday, May 18, with evening programming, including Ask the Technical Committee, Collector's Roundtable, and Music on Film Screening in the works.

On the evening of Friday, May 17, Minnesota Public Radio has graciously agreed to host a tour and reception. Exact time is TBD. Please indicate your intention to attend when registering.

The conference concludes with a closing banquet and awards ceremony with a plated dinner, choice of entrées, and cash bar on Saturday, May 18. You will be presented with an option to purchase a banquet ticket and select your entrée when registering. You may purchase a guest ticket for the closing banquet when registering.
