The ARSC Workshop "Early and Obsolete Digital Formats" will be held May 15, 2024, 9 AM to 4:30 PM in St. Paul, Minnesota at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel St. Paul Downtown. Separate registration is required for the ARSC Conference, May 16-18, 2024.

The ARSC Workshop offers a look at early and obsolete digital formats with history, details, and playback tips from renowned experts including Eddie Ciletti (Manhattan Sound Technicians, Inc.), Dan Johnson (Audio Archiving Services), George Blood (George Blood Audio), Jason Bitner (How's That Sound), Nadja Wallaszkovits (Professor of Audio/Visual Preservation, Stuttgart, Germany), Gary Galo (Audio Engineer Emeritus, SUNY Potsdam), Jeff Willens (NYPL), and Brad McCoy (moderator).
