Base fee:
  • In-person conference registration rate for ARSC Members who purchase tickets on or before April 15, 2025.
  • In-person conference registration rate for non-ARSC Members who purchase tickets on or before April 15, 2025.
  • In-person conference registration rate for ARSC Members at the Student or Emerging Professional/Collector Levels who purchase tickets on or before April 15, 2025.
  • Conference registration rate for students who are not ARSC Members and who purchase tickets on or before April 15, 2025.
  • Single-day in-person conference registration rate (Thursday OR Friday). To attend Thursday and Friday please register for the full conference.
  • Single-day conference registration rate (Saturday only).
  • In-person conference registration rate for a spouse or partner of an ARSC Member.
  • Conference registration for exhibitors and sponsors. Fees will be invoiced separately.

ARSC's 59th Annual Conference will be held May 14-17, 2024 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the Hyatt Regency Tulsa Downtown and online via Zoom Webinar!

Tulsa is home to The Church StudioThe Woody Guthrie CenterThe Bob Dylan CenterThe Gilcrease Museum's Native American Collection, and The Philbrook Museum of Art, as well as a vibrant local music scene. The conference will include presentations, tours, and outings that focus on these attractions.

The program will include individual presentations, posters, and panel discussions with sound recording scholars, collectors, preservationists, and creators engaged in a broad range of topics that cross geographic, cultural, and collection boundaries. There will also be tours of The Church Studio, The Woody Guthrie Center, and The Bob Dylan Center, as well as a screening of "Johnny Cash at Folsom Prison," a silent auction, and social events (Ask the Technical Committee, a Collector's Roundtable).
