The Association for Recorded Sound Collections
ARSC's 59th Annual Conference will be held May 14-17, 2024 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the Hyatt Regency Tulsa Downtown and online via Zoom Webinar!
To register, scroll to the bottom of this page and select "Register."
Tulsa is home to The Church Studio, The Woody Guthrie Center, The Bob Dylan Center, The Gilcrease Museum's Native American Collection, and The Philbrook Museum of Art, as well as a vibrant local music scene. The conference will include presentations, tours, and outings that focus on these attractions.
The program will include individual presentations, posters, and panel discussions with sound recording scholars, collectors, preservationists, and creators engaged in a broad range of topics that cross geographic, cultural, and collection boundaries. There will also be tours of The Church Studio, The Woody Guthrie Center, and The Bob Dylan Center, as well as a screening of "Johnny Cash at Folsom Prison," a silent auction, and social events (Ask the Technical Committee, a Collector's Roundtable).
